Feedback
The system user can add a QR-Code and a Feedback question by clicking ADD QR button and filling the ADD QR popup form.
- MiSentinel provides its clients a feature with the help of which they can get feedback about a particular site digitally from the officers.
- To view this section, system user has to click Feedback tab in Site section of the Schedule.
- All security officers have to do is to scan the feedback QR-Code to get the feedback question digitally and answer the question to send their feedback to the system.
After scanning the QR code that is configured for feedback of a particular site, following are the two scenarios:
- If there is not a schedule of the scanning officer for that site, then the officer shall be asked to provide the response for the following survey form.
- If there is a schedule of the scanning officer for that site, then the response for the following detailed survey shall be recorded.
