• Chat messages received by the system can also be seen in Inbox section.
• System user can view all read/unread messages here in this.
• To open an officer’s message or to write a reply, system user has to open the officer’s chat by clicking the chat by that officer.
• A chat box will appear where system user can send and receive messages.
